| SHOREHAM PRESS RELEASE RE ERINACEOUS |

| Erinaceous Group plc (in Administration) has today sold its interest in Shoreham Airport to Albermarle Shoreham Airport Limited. Albermarle Investment Syndicates already owns the commercial properties at Shoreham and the acquisition reunites the Airport into single control. |

| ERINACEOUS IN ADMINISTRATION |

| It has been reported that Erinaceous, the parent company of Shoreham (Brighton City Airport) and Fairoaks has gone into administration. Although Shoreham has been closed it is hoped the flying will be resumed either later today or first thing tomorrow. |

The Council approved all the European Parliament's second reading amendments to the proposal for a regulation on common rules in the field of civil aviation and establishing the European Aviation Safety Agency (3697/07 and 16333/07). |
