Elizabeth (Liz) is a CRI(A) and can offer her services at Earls Colne Airfield, Andrewsfield Airfield or within 75 miles of Ipswich.
Liz has been flying gliders and GA aircraft for many years and enjoys both disciplines. Coming from gliding roots Liz is still an active glider pilot and Touring Motor Glider pilot, gliding instructor and tug pilot.
Liz Russell also holds an FI (LAPL), CRI(A), IR(R) and Night rating. Liz can support you if you are training for a LAPL TMG. She can also conduct your biennial flight (SEP or TMG )and formally sign your licence.
Liz is semi retired and therefore has more time and availability to instruct, so get in touch!
Travel Expenses: cost of fuel if driving in excess of 30 miles from home base near Ipswich, Suffolk or cost of fuel and landing fees if flying to you from Earls Colne (EGSR), Andrewsfield (EGSL) or Rattlesden Gliding Club.
Instructional services are charged at £25 per hour general training, plus £10 if a licence signature under FCL.945 is required.
